As time permits, I'll add more typography, and new comics and such. The more elaborate sometthing is, the longer it will take to get to, Curio takes up the majority of my waking life.. wait. it takes up even more than that! At some point, I'd like to put up a comic at keenspace/spot, whatever it's called, but before I ever do that, I'd need to be several months ahead on it, as well as other more pressing projects.
hehe of course. Ya just have to remember to not get too pressured about it, because when your off to a mega project and pressure yourself for not doing it, it kinda spoils the fun and gives you what i call a "arty slump". Its happen to me several times, like, if you see most of my coments on my art i always say im going to finish them and never do. Not nessarly suggesting it'll happen to you of course, your art's more elevated than mine. But if the comic surgess into life without forcing it, its much more rewarding than just planning. Thats whats been keeping ya art alive, with all your digi-oil paintings. Its not planning, its inlightment.
It's about a guy that gets some stuff in the mail that he didn't order. Some very strange things than perhaps have a life of their own. It's drawn in very crude flat, noisy black and white, and maybe someday color. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll get back to it until after xmas, what with what all we're working on.
It started as a fluke, I was stumped on something, so I dicided to doodle, and drew this self-portrait that was so off that it was... scary. Then, I took a shower, and the whole plot sorta bloomed into my head. When I have a name for it, and a finished panel or two, I'll throw a teaser on here. For now, I'm off to fetch you some material from the mines!
